I've been a patient here for about two and a half years. When I went in for my first exam, I was really happy. The doctor took the time to chat a bit and answer all of my questions, and she made an effort to put me at ease. Since then, though, I haven't been satisfied at all.
As another reviewer mentioned, you don't get a person on the phone when you call, ever. You always leave a message and they call you back. This is inconvenient for me because I can't just hop up and go to a private conversation area at my workplace. The nurse I always have to deal with (Dee-Dee) is rude and interrupts when I describe my symptoms.
When my birth control was giving me horrible problems a couple of years ago, they kept telling me that it was all in my head and that the BC couldn't possibly cause those side effects. Right now, I've had what feels like a horrible yeast infection for a MONTH, and they've been very unhelpful. They want me to use cold water and deal with it. That's not medical care, in my opinion. They're not remotely interested in finding my problem and addressing it. I'm using Monistat against their advice, and it's the only thing that has actually helped. If my problems come back after I finish the pack, I'm going to find another doctor.
