I have joined this gym twice because of group fitness. I have had trouble with the club both times - they are not at all flexible and treat customers like a number, not a member....

Terrible sales people 12/18/2010

This is by far the worst gym on Greensburg. Buyer beware!! The sales person told me when I signed my contract that I had a 30day money back right to cancel. Needless to say they didn't stand behind there word on it. I'll never go back. more

Needs lesson in business ethic 7/13/2010

I have joined this gym twice because of group fitness. I have had trouble with the club both times - they are not at all flexible and treat customers like a number, not a member. Greedy owner with money on the mind, not the happiness of clients. Terrible billing practices - have had trouble almost every month. Pros: Great group classes Cons: Run like a prison more

Awesome group fitness instructors! 8/10/2009

I've been a member for several years now and I love the group fitness classes. The instructors are wonderful. The employees are friendly and helpful. The only think missing is a womens sauna. Membership dues are a little pricey if you are a fitness plus member, but over all I'd say wac is the best gym in the area. more

Awesome Club!! 6/30/2009

I have been going to this club for several years now and I love it. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. The staff is really friendly and takes the time to talk to me--I really feel like I belong there. The equipment is well-taken care of and the club is clean. I absolutely love the classes and instructors! Anytime I go on vacation, I look for a place to work out that has the same classes. Any other class just seems second-rate to me now. Westmoreland Athletic Club has been the best place to workout. I enjoy the staff and the club overall. They have everything...Group fitness classes, weight room with a ton of equipment, Gravity units, and awesome locker rooms. If you are looking for a health club that has it all WAC is the place to go. Pros: great staff, awesome trainers,group fitness classes, weight rooms, child care Cons: nothing more

Nice Gym, Nice Clientel, Underhanded Business Tactics 8/15/2007

I was told that my membership will be month to month and that I can cancel it anytime. little over 5 months I decided to cancel, several days later I signed a paper, I was told I wouldn't get any charges the following month. There was $22.80 billed 8/1/07 on my credit card. This was not authorized, I believe it to be fraud/unfair trade practice. On the other note, I believe health inspections should be carried out randomly secondary to various other issues I'm following up with better business, and other agencies. I just want want my $22.80 returned to me. Contracts are both written and verbal, and I kept my end of agreement. Pros: weight machines Cons: unauthorized credit card charges more

Worst Gym in Greensburg 6/7/2007

I found it gross (no one wipes down machines), expensive (like $55+ per month), 1yr contract, they charged me an extra month's dues for not giving them 30days notice, etc. Good luck with this place, it's a joke.
