VERY RUDE and Nasty Customer Service !!! I wanted to order a small flower bouquet for my wedding, nothing fancy and I found their website on the internet. Next day, a lady named Susan left me a voicemail and said they do not entertained Wedding Bouquet on the internet and my order has been cancelled. I called the shop and wanting to set up an appointment (if they want me to since I thought its just a small bouquet) to go by and order it. It was the same lady, Susan who answered the phone. I introduced myself and told her I am returning her call and I didnt know I cannot order it on the internet. Before I can say anything else, she talked in an absolute nasty tone and said again they do not do internet order for wedding bouquet, asked me to go to FTD and order it from them and FTD is absolutely ridiculous and they charged 3x as much that a person can afford. (By the way I only order a $59.99 bouquet) And I was just stunned by her response, I asked her why are you mad at me basically saying indirectly why she is so rude. And she is like 'I am not' and she just hung up the phone. This is ridiculous. First of all, I hope she is not the owner, if she is, it is just a shame she is in this industry that requires CUSTOMER SERVICE. Second of all, if she is mad at FTD for publishing wedding bouquet on her website then she needs to do something about it, take those features like wedding bouquet off website. Third of all, Is this the way she treats CUSTOMERS or maybe even people who comes across her life ??? Based on the rest of the comments in this site, it looks like I am not the only victim ! Absolutely RUDE RUDE RUDE !!!!!
