Dear anonymous\r Reflet on what dr l really did? What does that even mean? Dr campbell was a lesbian and moved down to south carolina to be with her partner. All of the other vets left over time to start their own practices etc. If you went to her funeral then you would have seen them all there. Rest in peace dr lawrenchuk...you were the best! more

Where is Dr. Campbell & all the other vets that have come & gone over the last 5 to 10 yrs. Why do so many vets get fired from this place. Rest in peace Dr. L, but may you reflect on what you REALLY did in this life! more

i took my puppy to westland veterinary. untill he was two. i was asked to leave without reason. dr lawerchalk didnt respone to my called to explainewhy.n her business way of treating people was uncallled for. she as a business.women and a vet . she should have lister to myside of my story but she never did. the ways she ran her officer and the way she treated me was not nice. just because some one that once rented space from her . he twisted my words and went to her. and the next day i got a letter in the mail asking me that they were droping me and my dog. i was always nice to her more

Oh my gosh! I just now found out Dr Sharon passed away. I am heartbroken. I have been bringing my pets to her forever (before the move to current location).\r I will truly miss her. more

I have been going to Westland Vet. Hospital for years. My pets have always gotten EXCELLENT care. Dr Sharon Lawrenchuk was a brilliant veterinarian. She cared deeply for every animal she treated.\r She was strict with the people who worked for her because there is no room for slackers in any medical field. Her death has broken my heart. We have lost a great lady. more

i had a friend that use to work there about a year ago she told me that dr. sharon lawrenchuk is a huge witch she only cares about money and that she trears her staff real bad. she told me she would be little them and yell at them she also told me the dr. would throw things and act all crazy she said she thinks she is bipoler and need help but is to busy acting better then every one to get it more

i must agree with renee m,dont take your animals here there is no around the clock care the pets are left unattand no matter how sick!!! my mother took her small dog there when she wanted to discuss the dogs condition futher it kept getting more and more expensive her dog was six and had been throwing up and not eating we took her right away,the doctor could be very rude at times and let us know she didnt need our bussiness and it seems like the staff never knows what theyre doing and they have a very high rate of turn over on their staff, my mother is a elderly woman and didnt need the stress of this place and the lack of care and compashion for people and animals it has, we took our dog else where and would recommand that anyone who goes there or is going there please dont be fooled when they tell you there are always people there to take care of the animals i to know others who have waited in the parking lot and no one was there to tend the sick pets i beleive this place should be l more

I would like to share with all of you that don't beleive in natural medicene.I brought a 10 year old dog in to westland vet. And sharon Lawrencuk examined her all over. She wasn't able to walk correctly. She would lean on your leg, and she had a hard time getting up and sitting down. We found out that her spine and pelvic area was inflamed, with arthirist. Dr. Sharon sugguested that we put her on a pill called cosamin ds. I gave her one pill the next day. WOW what a difference She could walk 95% better!! I am soooo pleased!!! If you have any doubts of what this can do for your older dog, please ask Dr. Sharon about this pill. You will be very surprised..... THANKS again... more

My 6 month old dog was diagnosed with parvo and we brought him in on a thursday, the vet took a look at him and placed an iv in him and told us to send him home and that he should be okay within 3 days. The very next day (friday) he was worse than ever! I decided to take him back and they said that the only way of saving his life was to admit him for three days which costed OVER $400.00 I was told that he would receive constant care and treatment through out those 3 days. I was also told that we could not visit him at all which was pretty unsettling. I was promised a phone call friday night and didnt get one. They called me mid day the next day, and I called them back not even one minute later and rec'd a voicemail saying that they were "closed til monday morning". I then drove up there myself, and no one was there. I knew they werent a 24/hr facility, but still thought that since someone had just called me from that phone number that someone would be there. I waited in the parking lot more

I've been bringing animals to em likely 25 yrs of more. Since long before they were at their present location Wayne Rd. N. of Cowan Rd. The fact I've been using their services so long should tell you something. You can find a cheaper vet but I doubt you'll find a better vet. For routine shots and such I have found it pays to shop around. However if your pet needs more serious care then I would recommend them. more

We have been going to Westland Vet Clinic for approx. 2 years. We have never had anything but great service. In November of 07 our beloved Nellie (dog) who was 19 began to go down hill Dr. Campbell nursed her and kept her comfortable over the holidays for us and in January we finally let her go to be with Jesus. Also in January my Brewster (dog) had a problem with his left eye. She helped to get this back on track and is also treating my Babygirl (dog) for an ear infection. Although it has been expensive and maybe I could have gotten these services cheaper somewhere else the care given would not have been the best as it is at Westland vet. The Vet here is wonderful. She spends time with you pet and really gets on the pets level. Can tell she truely loves her job and the animals. Their prices are alittle higher than other places, exspecially on the heartworm and flea medications. But well worth the trip for your pet to be well taken care of. more
