Wasn't that impressed 5/19/2009

A friend told me about this hotel and I guess I expected more but I ended up being disappointed.\r \r The rooms weren't that great and neither was the service.\r \r They accidentally delivered somebody else's wedding gift bag to my room and then acted annoyed when I called to alert them to the error. more

Their heavenly beds are what attracted us to buy into their time share. Their rooms have state of art equipment including a Bose clock radio. Our children love floating in the pool when they have drive in night. Great vacation! more

Luxury in the Desert 4/13/2008

I love this resort. There are 2 huge pools, 2 with giant water slides. There is also an adult pool where children are not allowed. Thank goodness. I can't believe these parents who let their toddlers into the pool without swim diapers. Or who let their preteens who barely know how to swim in the pool unchaperoned and unattended. But unfortunately there are rude and ignorant tourists almost everywhere these days. I try not to let it ruin my vacation.\r \r It is a lot of fun to order lunch and drinks in the cabana by the pool and watch everyone on the water slide. It is also fun to engage in a game of water volley ball with other guests. \r \r The restaurants on the grounds are top class, with excellent food and service. The concierge and front desk will assist you with anything you need regarding tours and dining off the grounds.\r \r The resort is also visually compelling. Average 2/23/2008

Perhaps my expectations were too high but I was disappointed in with my stay. The building is older and you can hear everything around you. If you stay here I would recommend a room on the 2nd floor. We were on the first floor and could hear the people above walking around. The grounds were very nice but everything else was average.... nothing special. Be careful because their webpage seems really nice.. too nice! more

is not worth the money 1/12/2007

I had a very poor time at the Westin. the people were not nice, to get to the pools you have to walk through the parking lot, and it seems like they are always triying to sell you something. Pros: i fell asleep at nite Cons: eveything else more

I went here with my Girlfriend for a nice get away and that is what we found. This place is great it has everything you need. Rooms are nice and the pool is great. two thumbs up more

affordable luxury 10/10/2002

I was here for a conference recently. Normally, when a hotel hosts a conference, everything goes haywire, and service is crappy under the pressure of full capacity. Not so here. The rooms are gorgeous, landscaping is beautiful, service (registration, restaurant, maid, etc.) is friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.
