Westfield Small Animal Clinic

I highly recommend this Animal Clinic to anyone who has a deep love for their pet!!\r My daughter adopted a very sick kitten and had it not been for the special care and attention of Dr. Kira we would have had less loving time with a special furry friend named Steven. My daughter knew there were many problems with her little Steven and prior Vet's merely brushed off his health issues with simple guess work. We made an appointment at Westfield and the care and attention was a God Send! Steven eventually had to be put to sleep because he was to sick for to long but had it not been for Kira, Coco, and all the staff, time spent with our special one would have been much more short. This clinic is full of love and compassion and they are available at any time of day or night with zero complaint and complete professionalism. my mom went and bought some products for her cat .. found out it was not what she needed tryed to return them unopen and unused he charged he $20 and said it was a office call she picked the stuff off the shelf and went up and paid for it .. he was rude and a total jerk to her .. I did take my dog there .... key word here is did ,, never again... more

I have went here my entire life. Dr. Kelly was good at one time. He is still a good vet, just not as nice or caring as he once was. A little over a year ago, he had me hold my own dog (who was my baby and angel and had for nearly 12 years) in my arms while he euthanized him. I feel this was neglectful, and completely unfair. i am still scarred by this and I do not know any other vet who would do this. I feel it's time for him to go. Thankfully there is a new vet there, Dr. Korkow, who is amazing. She is detailed, open, thorough, and amazingly caring. Thank goodness for her, or I and alot of my friends would not go there. So if you do go, beware of Dr. Kelly, he is a great vet, just not as delicate. THANK YOU DR. KORKOW and vet assistants! Pros: one good vet, some good assistants Cons: bad veet, some bad assitants more
