Westfield Imaging Center

When I called for an appointment they said they don't take appointments. I arrived and front desk is occupied by a sour woman. I fill out the forms and wait over 1 hour. A dozen people are taken before me. I inquire why and get some BS excuse. They then ask why I didn't have an appointment. Which I told them they said they don't take appointments. Then another women who was waiting even longer than me comes forth. Says she had an appointment and between us we each waited over 1 hour as people were taken before us. I cancelled the appointment and will never use them. If you do, good luck. Add to this the smart *ss attitude from the women at the front desk. These medical facilities make big profits and have little interest to give decent service. Completely unorganized. Try somewhere else, it can’t be as bad as this place. more

I've been a patient at Westfield Imaging for many years and I've always had a great experience!\r The Radiologists are very knowledgeable and the Technologists are very professional. \r I would recommend this facility to anyone! more

Westfield Imaging, people/staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful starting from the front desk to the technicians, Waiting is aweful they make u wait for hours! The front desk would say that the waiting is 20 to 30 minutes but in the end they will make u wait for 2 hours or more! I was there 3 times none of the staff smile at all! You paid for their service so you need a good service so dont waste your money lease dont go to this place! their servive is aweful!!! There plenty of imaging centers in the area and as a client or patient who paid for their service you dont want to be treated like this. Cons: THEY HAVE THE AWEFUL SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! more
