My husband has used this store since his 1967 Ford Galaxy 500 needed a belt (his first car!). He's probably been there 100 times since, at least! At 16 years old he didn't know ...

Worst

parts are all non-oem and cheap China parts. Never go there again. Go to a dealer, pay more and get better parts. Most stuff on the shelf has been there a long time. Skip them

Trusting, helpful business 1/23/2008

My husband has used this store since his 1967 Ford Galaxy 500 needed a belt (his first car!). He's probably been there 100 times since, at least! At 16 years old he didn't know how to change that belt but the guy at the counter told it was no big deal and gave him a lesson. He's gotten much good advice over the years. They are patient and trusting. One time when my husband needed brake pads and didn't know which style the car took, W.A.P. gave him three different sets and told him when he was finished with the job to just return the ones he didn't use. When he brought them back, then they charged him for what he used! Who trusts people like that these days? Excellent place to do business. more

friendly staff, helpful 1/20/2008

I just bought a 50 lb bag of speedy dry and the guy put it right in my trunk. I didn't even get a chance to drive around the corner to the pickup door. I'd rather support this small business than the chain stores. more

My son is a mechanic in training and visits here often. No matter what he has needed they have always had it in stock, which is amazing. I've heard that they can find anything that they don't have in stock too, but so far no need. more

Good service and selection 11/21/2007

Westfield auto parts has been were I have been able to get everything for my car from windshield wipers, gas caps, brake pads and shoes, u-joints and engine parts. They have a tons in stock and can order it if you don't have it! If you're not sure what you need, the friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you out. more

Westfield auto parts is always well stocked and very inexpensive if you are looking for a bargain. The employees are very pleasant. We would highly recommend them. more

Great place to get all your auto needs.The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable to help with whatever you may need.They also have a machine shop for your do-it yourselfers and professionals to get your brake parts resurfaced,and new hydraulic hoses needed for the bigger equipment. more
