Western Union is the easiest and quickest way to send money instantly. I have used their services before, and the exchange was instant. I just had to pay a fee for doing this. The person can come in to any Western Union and show I.D. and pick up the money. You can even use a credit card. I like using Western Union in time of emergency (of course, I sure hope there are no emergencies, but if there are, Western Union is there). It would behoove you to know the nearest Western Union office so if you need to use it, you can do so with a minimal amount of time. Recommended at four stars. more

Western Union is the quickest way to send cash to someone instantly. Depending on your wait time to get to the register for someone to do it for you, it doesn't take a long time to do this. They take a percentage I think plus a flat fee or maybe it's just a flat fee, but you do have to pay them to do this. It's secure, fast, and easy. You never know when you'll need this service.
