We were told that they would have the roof on by April 30th. It was actually May 15th when they finished. It was an inconvenience to us due to having to get homeowner's insurance. We couldn't get it until the new roof was on, so we went two weeks without insurance. They did a good job was far as the roof goes. They did it quickly once they started. Some of the delay was due to weather and could not be avoided. The salesman we dealt with was very personable.

Yes, there were delays, for sure. We wanted to make sure the insurance was paying out all that they should have for the job, and that process took longer than expected. Then the weather decided to stop cooperating right as the job was ready to start, giving us snow and rain. We didn't like that their new insurers wouldn't confirm their policy based on the signed contract, either. But now the house has a nice new roof and insurance, too. We're sure glad it ended well.
