Western Pest Services does a good job 12/9/2009

We've had problems with crickets inside the house and also with cicadas in the backyard that would dig in the dirt and lay eggs then we'd have them flying all over and we would be scared of getting stung. Western got rid of both problems for us. We have a service contract and they come out several times a year to check the outside and inside of the house and take care of putting down a barrier when needed so no pests come into the house. We've had no problems since the contract. I've found the prices to be a little high but the servicemen always come out when they are supposed to and right away when you call for service. I have recommended them to family and friends. I had a bigger company in another house and that company was very expensive, overcharging me for routine stuff. I'm glad I found Western. more

Western Pest Services is the worst company ever 11/9/2009

In my personal experience this company is a fraud. they have a very poor customer service . Initially I call them because i found mice poo in my baby's room and kitchen;after that someone came in and sale me a year package for $475.00. I was agree because they told me they will be coming home every week till' all mice were gone,but they just stop by once and put some glu tramps that you can buy everywhere. After a week I call them because there were suppost to come back and check everything and they never show up. When i call an complain about it, they send a "supervisor", who put some of the all fashion tramps with peanut butter on it. I get tired of the situation and call to cancel my service and they bill me for 182.00, just for glu tramps . Do not call this company ever. more

Pest Control Done right 8/21/2009

Our office has used them for several years. The staff is always pleasant and the critters seem to be gone. They are always careful not to disrupt computers and cabling (a problem we had with our previous exterminator) more

No bugs 11/10/2008

After moving to NJ in 1994, it became very apparent about the need for a quality bug control program especially after my first experience with swarming termites. Western was right around the corner. They came out and took care of the issue and we have had an annual contract with them ever since. Bug free in NJ is the way to go. more
