Western Pacific Insurance offers great customer service, is very efficient, and has a quick turnaround time. We chose Western Pacific Insurance because of their customer service and prices. They definitely have the best prices and you just can't beat the rates! They were by far the cheapest. You don't lose the customer service: they follow up with the client and offer one-on-one service which is really nice for the buyers! more

When we bought our house, our realtor referred us to Western Pacific Insurance and set it up with us. Our house has been insured by Western Pacific Insurance for over a year now and we've insured our car with them for about three months. Their services are great. My husband was involved in a car accident and they took care of all the issues as far as the whole claim was being situated. Western Pacific keeps you updated with all the information. They were more helpful than our lawyer! They're reliable and answer all your questions. Western Pacific offers great help and we couldn't ask for anything better! more

Great customer service, I get my quotes back in 5 minustes, and my bider requests are back with the same speed. I have never had any but excellent service and I will continue to use and recoomend them as long as I am a lender! more

People in the office use Western Pacific Insurance, and said I should start using them for our insurance as well. When I send them an email, Stephanie, who helps me, gets back to me within minutes. I will get my quotes or my binder right away. They are inexpensive, and the deductibles are right. They are so efficient.
