The dog in question was brought without an appointment because the lade who was to care for the pet said it tried to bite. Indeed, while Dr. Fischer was on vacation, the staff could not approach the canine. They had to feed, water, and wash the run under the door. This has never happened before or since. I boarded my dog with Western Hills Veterinary Hospital for ten days. This vet requires you to purchase any prescriptions from him at elevated prices and refuses to give you a prescription to purchase them less expensively elsewhere. Other than that I had previously had few complaints with the veterinary services provided to both my dogs, but I was horrified by the way my dog was treated while staying at their facility. They kept him confined in a cage for the entire ten days, never letting him out, and hosed the cage out with him in it. And they had the gall to charge me the full price for the stay, even though they admitted that they had not provided the care and exercise to my dog that they had promised. When I requested a refund, the vet claimed my pet was vicious and that they should have charged me more. When pressed he finally agreed to refund my money if I boarded my dog at another kennel and they didn't have any problems with him. After I did so, and brought him a testi more
