Scott Ross is the best. He does a thorough job and takes the time to talk to you. He also calls us the day before to see if we are at home so we can open the atrium door. more

We've used other pest control companies but Western is the best. It's good pricing and quality service. Our regular pest control guy is polite and professional. He answers our questions with out hesitation. I have been extremely satisfied with our service at Western that I've recommended them to friends and family. more

We have always had great service with Western. When it was family owned during the recession they did not raise their service charges for years in order to help their customers. That speaks volumes. more

Response time was very good. Seem to have continual problem with rats. Cannot locate exact place they get into the basement. more

I've been getting a lot more roaches coming inside, which I think is from the heat. Otherwise, everything seems normal and Ernie does a good job outside the house. He's always friendly and professional, and when I have problems, he calls back quickly and gets out here as soon as he can. more

The experience was good. Our technician, Ed, showed up within the window of time he said he would be here. He serviced unit #301 and sprayed our common area restrooms. We are still seeing roaches in the common area restrooms, however we trust this will clear up within the week. Thank you, more
