Everyone needs to file a complaint with the az dental examiners office in Scotsdale and the Az Attorney Generals office. Also, call sheriff Joe Arpio to do a raid on all Western Dental offices they are serving aliens and hiring aliens. The office is filthy and they no longer aloud an adult to accompany their minor. My children have told me that they take them back and don't tighten their wire. This is fraud I heard they do this so it can prolong their braces and get more money. Also, I make an appointment for my kids on a certain day and more than once they have scheduled them the day before and call and say we missed their appointment..they do this on purpose so they can charge the cancelation fees. My insurance has paid them already and according to my contract I owe a certain amount but I notied everytime I was paying them the balance seemed the same..they are over charging my kids account around 300 more each and I brought it to there attention and they give the run around.
