I went to Western Dental because I did not have dental insurance. I set up a payment plan for the dental work I needed. Then I was told that I needed to go to a specialist to take care of one of my problems. I had to pay for this specialist myself, which I understand. But Western Dental wanted to charge me for the same problem even though they did not do the work.
Also, the dentists here are completely sadistic. They gave me numbing shots, insisting that they must go in the most painful places in my mouth. Then start drilling about 30 seconds after giving me a shot. Not allowing any time for the shots to take affect. Also, after i tell them that I was in pain, they basically told me to suck it up. At not time did they try to make me comfortable.
