Western Connecticut Home Care, formerly Danbury Visiting Nurse Association has been providing quality home nursing services for over 100 years.  The Agency is the home care affiliate of Western Connecticut Health Network providing services in the Greater Danbury and Greater New Milford areas. 

Western Connecticut Home Care provides comprehensive nursing, therapy, medical social work and home health aide services to patients with a variety of health conditions using the latest in home care technology.  Specialty services are offered for cardiac care and management, COPD care and management, diabetes management, fall prevention assessment, geriatric care, infusion therapy, Lifeline emergency response system, maternal child health, nutrition therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, palliative care, respiratory therapy, tele-monitoring and wound care.  In addition Western Connecticut Home Care's Immunization Clinic provides a variety of healthy living immunizations and travel vaccines.
