I could have done better myself 12/8/2006

I sent a dress in for minor alternation (shortening of the straps). First, it was sew in too short and one side was sew in incorrectly. She offered to fix that side. I told her the straps still feel too short and she refused to fix the other side. Now the two side is uneven. I probably need to redo it myself. (I normally fix my own dress but since this is a $380 designer dress, I decide to let the ""professional"" do it). Big mistake!!! Pros: She is always smiling and greeting people warmly Cons: I think customer service is more than just smiling and greeting, get the job done properly! more
