Hired them and paid plenty of money to have them seal our house to get bats out. We still have the bats and now I have to hire someone else to get rid of them. Incompetent doesn't...

Hired them and paid plenty of money to have them seal our house to get bats out. We still have the bats and now I have to hire someone else to get rid of them. Incompetent doesn't cover my experience with this company. Save yourself time and money and just call another company. When you call and tell him you still hear the bats he'll say can't be the bats and wants to charge you hundreds of dollars just to come back out, ridiculous. more

They took our deposit as well. Did not honor their word more
