Westchester Manor

My husband and I visited Westchester Manor for a food tasting prior to our daughter's wedding. When we arrived the atmosphere was very inviting. The ambiance was elegant and the decor put you in the mood for a wonderful dinner. The glasses on the tables were sparkling; the bathrooms were both clean and updated. My husband is and has always been a food critic and all he and I could say was that the food was excellent!! The presentation of the different appetizers and entrees were right out of the ""Culinary"" so to speak. The waiters were courteous and aimed to please. Afterwards, we met with the owners to go over the details and they put us at ease. My daughter and her fiance felt the same way about the competence of the owners, and they feel that their day will be special because of this. We give this venue a 4+ star rating. more

I had my sisters baby shower at Westchester Manor....The food was excellent the Service was Wonderful we had two wonderful waitresses...Who catered to our every need...the bathrooms were clean and their were no skirts...The management must have changed...their has been alot of remodeling...The staff catered to our every need we had a captain who's name was Marco...who was at our beck and call...To the staff of WESTCHESTER MANOR...Thank you for making a wonderful upcoming event ...Such a delightful experience....I will recommend you to everyone...Your service, your charm and your staff rates 5 stars in our book.....THE ROBUSTELLI FAMILY Pros: EVERYTHING more

I attended the wedding of my friends here and as an event planner, I was totally disgusted. The food was lousy, customer service and employees were very unpleasant. They had a ""garden wedding"" in a poorly built garden and we were seated in dirty white plastic chairs that were also used for the cocktail hour. The bathrooms are very small and the sinks had skirts around them that kept falling off during the reception. There's not enough parking and the valet arrangement is poorly organized. Most importantly, for this POOR service, they were incredibly expensive!! I did not and never would recommend this venue to any couple for a wedding nor would I use this facility to have any event for any company I am arranging an event for. Do yourself a favor and find a better site to have your wedding or event of a lifetime. Cons: Lousy food, Tiny Bathrooms, Terrible service more
