Custom area rug 5/23/2012

Excellent flooring and Area Rug Department!!!! We have a friend who lives in the city ( New York that is) and referred us to Kathleen in the Area rug and Hardwood floors department. She was knowledgeable, and attentive to our flooring needs. ( we are very picking and sometimes a pain) Kathleen made it easy and fun. She designed custom rugs for our house and wood floors. Great price on custom cabinets 3/10/2012

The price on our custom cabinets came in at least 25% under the rest of my quotes. They installed everything in 10 days and sealed off the whole house in plastic. It was well organized, and I wrote this review because I saw two bad reviews (from the same sender, same day and time) and I couldn't help thinking that this must be someone at Bilottas kitchen trying to spread some bad press about their competition. Very impressive! 3/6/2012

I just could not believe this place, it was great. I walked up the stairs and thought it was a furniture store, but it was much more then that. It had a tile exhibit and a wood floor department and stud best of all a custom kitchen department. The guy in charge was great, drew up my kitchen and brought ht over tile designers to match my cabinets, counter and the area behind the stove. Pros: null Cons: null more

My new Mecca!! 3/1/2012

LOVE love love this place! They have everything -- from rugs to furniture to fantastic tiles in all kinds of patterns. I could spend hours there just looking around. I did my whole kitchen and two bathrooms through them and it was really painless, even with all the stress and dust, I felt I was in really good hands. We're planning to redo our powder room this spring and I am going right back to Mount Kisco. Very highly recommended. Pros: null Cons: null more

Very Cool Place 3/1/2012

I was terrified to fix up my kitchen but my husband talked me into it and I'm so glad he did. They design everything for you and have all these displays so you really get a sense of how it's all going to look. They told me how to match backsplash tiles with cabinetry and the colors and make it all work. They could tell I was nervous and they went out of their wait to help. Horrible customer service and inferior product 2/21/2012

I wish I could give this no stars. The cabinet team should learn what customer service is and their product was defective. They stated without hesitation they will not correct the defect. Their measurements on every cabinet was wrong and they failed to follow the templates from the appliance manufacturer. If you feel the need to shop here run away as fast as you can.
