I made a service appointment for February 25. The person looked at the grill and said it needed a of part. We paid $260 on our credit card, were told it would take a few days, and they would contact us when the part came in. A week later we called them and were told the part was back ordered (nobody bothered to call and tell us, which was a bad sign), but I was promised it was ordered and that I would get a phone call to keep me updated. A few days later, I called again and got a similar runaround. Sparing the rest of the details, it is now March 21, the part is not in and I canceled the order. Here's all you need to know about this company - when I requested the credit, their records said I paid by check!! I asked how they kept their records this way, and they were basically stumped. I'm praying they are competent enough to process the credit! Go somewhere else!
