I have gone to westbornchrysler. Several times now and have had quality repairs and very friendly workers. They take the time to talk to you and explain the situation with your vehicle. Great place to take your vehicle when problems appear. more

I would highly recommend this dealership on every level. The atmosphere is welcoming, comfortable, professional and respectful. I went in prepared for the worst, dreading the car-shopping experience, based on what I'd experienced elsewhere. Instead I found Mike P, a kind, honest, efficient thoughtful salesman who I would recommend to ANYONE who understood exactly what I was looking for, what my budgetary constraints were, and found me my dream family vehicle for my limited budget (something I did NOT expect)and processed the transaction in a very short time frame so that I did not have to lose a lot of time at work. Everything was taken care of for me by Mike, right down to plate transfer, so the experience of getting a new car was actually simple and even fun instead of stressful. I would strongly urge anyone shopping for a new or used car to look here first; you won't need to go anywhere else!!! more

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle to lease. We spoke with a sales associate by the name of MICHAEL POUPORE. He answered every question we had. we have been leasing vehicles for years and never had the help or support like mike provided. Words cannot explain his professionalism and honesty. It was my first time buying a car, and I had been searching around for a good deal on a used car. I stopped by Westborn to look at a Chrysler 200, and was helped out by Mike Poupore. He was the first car salesman that did not come across as a ""salesman."" He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want to buy, and put no pressure on me whatsoever. He even offered me to drive the car home for the night and see if I liked it. I returned the next day and bought the car, which was EXTREMELY simple and quick. I drove off the lot after work with a new vehicle, and might I add, a GREAT deal. Mike is great to work with, I will be coming back to buy my next vehicle from him as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! more

My daughters' PT cruiser oil light came on, usually I'd take it to Wayland Chrysler in west michigan, but I didn't want to drive it if something was seriously wrong(oil Pump). So I read the reviews on Westborn Chrysler and was hoping they'd be as good as my dealer service in west Michigan. Suffice to say they were courteous and professional and even helped out with the pricing of the repair. If the PT ever needs work again I know where we'll be going WESTBORN!! Ive been a customer of Westborn Chrysler for almost 20 years. My most recent car buying experience there is the reason I'm a loyal customer. I will drive the 30 miles from home, passing other dealerships when I need a new car or service, because I know that I am going to be happy. The sales staff is very friendly and professional. No matter what my financial situation is or my need, they seem to find the right car for me. Scott D was my salesman the last few times I've purchased a car. He listens to me and makes suggestions, also works within my budget, giving me the best deal available. I appreciate the time Scott and Jeff R. took with me today and the vehicle they were able to get me in. I am always happy to direct people I know to Westborn. I just leased my second Jeep vehicle, and couldn't be more pleased! Mike Poupore was so helpful in answering all my questions about the leasing/buying process, and he's very knowledgeable about all the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge products. I keep encouraging all my friends and family to visit this dealership and ask for MIKE! Buying a car at this dealership is fun, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. I went to Westborn in hopes of trading in my car for something different. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was no longer there, but Mike Poupore had another. He worked out a great deal for me and there was absolutely no pressure at all. I felt comfortable the whole time and he explained everything in great detail. Once I get a good year or two out of this excellent used car, I going back to Mike to get a new Jeep Grand Cherokee or Wrangler. Thanks again Mike!! more

Mike Poupore & Matt Harris are the MEN! I saw the vehicle I wanted online and sent an inquiry hoping it was still there.Cynthia assured me that it was still there. Rushed in and met Matt 1st. Knowing my budget, they fought long and hard for me and even let me leave the dealership that day with the vehicle. He and Mike were able to get me good financing and the next day I came back to seal the deal! All worries and concerns we addressed and Mike extended his helping hand and gratitude. They even removed the aftermarket radio from my trade-in for me! Due to time constraints, they weren't able to give my vehicle a thorough interior cleaning so Mike, once again extending a helping hand, offered for me to come back in and he'd have it cleaned the right way AND would fix the small rust spot on the exterior for me! What more can I say, this dealership and its employees are OUTSTANDING! I will be going back for more and referring everyone I know! more
