Excellent Service 10/22/2008

I ordered my new tires on-line and had them delivered to WVAT. They had them installed and balanced in no time. They also did a full inspection of my vehicle. They checked all the belts and all the fluids. This was an added service that I did not even request. The only thing they recommended was that I get my transmission fluid changed with my next oil change. What a great place. I will take all my service to them from now on as well as recommending them to everyone who will listen. more

Excellent Auto Repair Shop 1/9/2008

I have been taking my cars to West Valley Auto Tech for 15 years. They have always done an excellent job with customer interaction as well as with the repairs. I am convinced that they are very honest about what needs to be done. There have been times when I have suggested what I thought the cause of a problem might be and they told me that less work was required than I thought. more

cheaper than the dealer 10/12/2005

This place did my brakes for much cheaper than the dealer offered me to do them for. They provided OEM quality brake pads and rotors. My rotors were warped, so they completely replaced them instead of sanding them down. The staff was helpful and helped me understand what needed to be done to fix my car. I'd go here again. more

oil changed 10/7/2005

My oil change and brake job here was done on time. I dropped off my car at the beginning of the day, had a co worker take me to work, and was able to pick up the car all done at the end of the work day. After the new brake installation, the car feels much more solid. The oil also made it run smoother considering I didn't take it in for an oil change for over 10000 miles. more

Reliable Auto Repair 4/27/2005

We have taken many cars to West Valley over the years. We drive older cars and they can handle any type. They do smog and most types of repairs, they warranty their work and charge a reasonable price. You don't have to worry about getting ripped off. PROS: Very reliable CONS: Busy, sometimes takes a while to get service more
