I don't know about the towing, but I took my car for a repair and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. One of the staff member addressed all my concerns and went to a drive with me to check the car's problems. This is something you don't see very often. The estimate was accurate and given right after the test drive. Service was well done and car delivered at timely fashion. This is exactly what I expect from a car mechanic shop. TERRIBLE SERVICE 12/21/2011

I got a flat tire, and when west towing put my car on the truck they dragged the bumper on the ground which tore it off. When I called the company to explain the damage the driver told them it was that way when he got there. The company was rude and didn't take responsibility for the damage AT ALL. DO NOT USE WEST TOWING!! They have inexperienced drivers and you could end up losing $1,200 to fix their mistake! Pros: null Cons: null more
