Mr. Ramon V. Carrasco, P.E., is the Vice President and Engineering manager of the firm. Over past 62 years, our firm has developed an excellent working relationship with the various regulatory agencies. We are familiar with the processes for design review through the regulatory agencies, such as the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
