West Texas computers seems to be owned and operated by some pretty young guys. Our mother board went out one time and we took it there to be serviced. It took the guys over a week to figure out what was wrong with it, even though I told them I was pretty sure it was the mother board. We use our computer everyday, so we kept going up there to see if it was ready (because they said it would only take a few days), and they kind of gave us a story every time we would call or drop in. The guys were usually playing video games when we would go up there, and it was a very frustrating experience. We ended up getting the computer fixed after about two weeks. The only good thing about their service is they gave us a great price on parts.
