Incorrect insurance filing 3/10/2015

Service was excellent, everyone was very courteous except the insurance coordinator. She was very rude when I called to verify if my insurance information was correct. She would not return my calls. I was billed and the statement stated no policy found when my insurance was verified during my appt. When asked if my insurance information was correct she stated there was no policy found so you need to call your insurance to verify. I insisted that she verify my insurance number and it was incorrect in their system. I am not sure if I will return next year as correct insurance filing is important especially since they charge a 1% fee every month the bill is not paid and it was an error on their part. more

Great eye doctor in Millington! 7/12/2005

I was referred to West Tn eye by a co-worker last year when i needed my routine eye exam. It was very easy to get an appointment and the wait time was only a few minutes! The exam was painless, and the doctor was friendly and knowledegable. The staff helped me to pick out my new glasses and also to put in my free trial pair of contacts. I have been back three times since that first referral, and will continue to go to West TN Eye for my eyecare needs! more
