Never showed up 7/9/2007

I called to schedule an estimate for some work I needed done at my new home. They said they only did estimates from 9-3, so I made an appointment and took time off of work to be there. Their guy never showed up. I called and they said they had no record of me. more

There when you need them! 5/15/2007

Great staff, easy to work with, understanding of those of us who don't know a lot about electricity, and most of all, they take the time to explain what it is that you don't understand so that you understand it. :) \r \r Our organization had an electricity emergency yesterday and even though our representative had just gotten home at 5PM, he came all the way from deep SE to help us resolve our issue. Our rep also resolved our issue within ten minutes!\r \r We also received a terrific quote from West Side that beat the competition by nearly 50%. \r \r You can trust WSE to get the job done right and be there when you need them! Thanks for the help! Pros: Very helpful and knowledgeable, sensible prices, lots of expertise, highly dependable! Cons: None so far! more
