A Good Night Out 8/16/2005

It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside and the lobby, but the theater is spacious and comfortable and the screen is large and easy to see from anywhere in the house. This makes for a good night out, with a few bars and shops right outside on the main drag in New Cumberland. It's much more enjoyable to go here than to one of the big multiplexes. more

Best movie deal around! 8/16/2005

The West Shore Theatre in Lemoyne is one of two great second-run theaters around. They get all the new movies, but not until the movies have just left the big chain theaters. The cost is less than half of a ticket at a big theater and the food is super cheap; candy is 50 cents, popcorn is not too much more. The audiences are always courteous and quiet and the floor and seats are clean. It is a great way to enjoy a movie. more
