I had numerous issues with my visit to West River Dental Care. First during my visit, the cleaning took almost an hour. Also, my appointment was 10 minutes late. The main issue is with their reception staff. I was told from them that my insurance was covered and that I would be covered. About a week after the appointment, I was told they made a mistake and my insurance wasn't going to cover it. I was also told that, I signed a sheet so it wasn't my problem. But the fact that the language she used telling me this, where she swore at me. I never swore, but she felt the use to swear at me. Yes, I was angry but to be talked to like that shows what type of business it actually is.
