\r I would not recommend this doctor in the least. They quoted a price range for a visit at 80-120 dollars minus a 10% cash discount. When I came in the doctor walked in for a short visit and talked 100 miles an hour then tossed me in a room with a massage chair. After two minutes in the chair, in walks the consultant to sell me the 1800 dollar a yearly package. Then when I checked out they charged me 300 dollars. After numerous calls I finally received a call from the office manager offering me a discount of 75 dollars. I asked why I would pay 100 dollars more than the highest estimate. She had no explanation and just said sorry. This organization seems only focused on money and does not respond well when a patient is unhappy.\r more

My daughter, who is in the medical field, uses Dr. West and put me on to him several years ago. While I live in Norway and am entitled to the free socialized medicine, I come to Folsom and have my physicals and other work done by Dr. West or his recent associate Dr. Daniel. I like them both. I agree with my daughter that Dr. West is the best family practitioner he has known or used. more

My husband and I have been Dr. West's patients for 4 years. We've lived all over the U.S. and Dr. West is the best physician we've ever had, without question. He is very pro-active in keeping us healthy. He is extremely knowledgeable and conveys as much information as he can to his patients to keep them in the know. He answers all our questions, so that we can make better medical decisions in conjunction with him. We highly recommend Dr. West.
