Jill is the best! I have lived in the Vail Valley for five years now and she is the only stylist I will visit twice! Unfortunately, Vail does not have the greatest supply of capable hair stylists but, Jill is my favorite stylist in the valley and at one of the best priced salons too! Every time I come in for a cut and color, she always works with what I want and is open to suggestions and questions (I have mostly questions!).\r \r I also quite a few friends and co-workers who visit this salon (Jill and the other stylists) and I have never come in contact with anyone who was disappointed! If you are looking for a salon in Vail, give WestOne a try--you will be glad you did!\r more

Favorite Salon in Vail Valley 1/27/2012

Kate at West One is the best stylist I've found - and I won't go to anyone else! I am very specific about my haircuts and when I first moved to Vail, I didn't find a stylist right away. Instead, I would only get my hair done with my trusted stylist back in California. Not ideal. A co-worker recommended Kate V and after the first appointment, I was hooked. Kate is educated on curent techniques, trends and products. She continues her education with additional training and is always friendly and professional. She consistently does a fantastic job and I won't go anywhere else! more

Great hairstylist, comfortable and friendly 12/7/2011

I have really thick, curly hair and have always hated getting it cut and/ or colored. This has all changed since going to Jill at West One Salon! She really talks to you to figure out what you are looking for and makes you feel comfortable and at ease- even when it takes a long time to color and straighten my mop!!! She has literally helped me transform the condition of my hair and for the first time ever, I have a hair cut which looks styled and helps me keep it under control. Love her!!! more

Kate hooked me up!! 12/5/2011

I hated getting haircuts for years because nobody could ever get my hair figured out. Kate at West One finally did!! Finally have the hair I always wanted..just didn't know how to go about doing it. Really knows her stuff, and it shows. If you go to any other salon you are wasting your time. more

Jill is the BEST!!! 11/22/2011

I get my hair cut and colored by Jill. I have had trouble finding a hairdresser and salon that I liked and was comfortable with. Once I started going to Jill I knew that I wouldn't be going anywhere else. Jill is awesome and makes you feel super comfortable. She does a great job and I am 100% happy with my experience every time I see her! more

Jill is my hair goddess! 11/21/2011

I'm so glad I found this salon when I moved to the area this summer. I came to Jill a few times for waxing- I liked her so much I wanted her to color my hair. I had had highlights done a couple times in the recent past and was pretty bummed after each time, and Jill was the first person to make me totally happy with my hair. I'm pretty indecisive and not super good at explaining what I want, but somehow she knew exactly what I had in mind. I've gotten so many compliments on my color and my new side bangs:) Have Jill do your hair, you'll be stoked! more

I've been to West One several times. All the ladies are friendly and welcoming (they offer you cocktails with your service!!) and they use great products. Jill Burlingame did my cut and color. She did an amazing job on my color and I loved my cut. Highly recommend! more

Cathy Cleary did a fantastic job on my hair. She is a great colorist and I would highly recommend her to anyone! Pros: Skilled, friendly staff. Small comfortable atmosphere more
