They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. more

We have been using Dr. Allen for years. He is a wonderful person and his office staff is great. My dogs run in when we drive up. The are well cared for and played with when we board there. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. more

Great Vet and Clinic 1/26/2011

I've been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Allen for many years. Dr. Allen is very caring and really listens and will discuss different treatment options if necessary. This is not one of those ""fancy"" type of clinics, which I like. They never try to push off anything I don't need or want, making it seem like my pets will perish if I don't use this shampoo or that vitamin, in order to pay for their fancy decor. It's clean and the people are very friendly, and many times they've taken my dogs in last minute if anything has happened or there's something I'm worried about. Love them. more

The best vet clinic around 4/30/2010

I remember taking my dog here since he was a pup. The Dr. was very caring, compassionate and willing to listen. He is honest and willing to try things your way if he feels you make a valid point. While I can't say I can't say I know the whole staff, the people I do know are very proffessional but at the same time as friendly as your closest friends. I recommend this clinic highly because I believe any pet placed in their care is in good hands. Pros: Great vet, great staff, affordable Cons: wish it stayed open longer more

Wouldn't Recommend 12/12/2006

I chose this vet due to proximity, and failed to research my options. Although he took care of my pet, he has a very impersonal approach and never explains the costs of procedures or medicines. I switched vets and am now much more satisfied. Pros: Competent Veterinarian Cons: Very impersonal treatment more
