A great place for lessons 2/10/2010

I bought a drumset at West and I've been going there for lessons. They have a huge facility and experienced instructors. Plus whenever they get new equipment, they put it in the practice rooms to let the instructors and students experiment with it first. I've learned a lot from lessons and have even played a few gigs now! more

All Around Amazing 12/4/2009

I've been going to West Music since I was a teenager. The staff there was so kind and friendly, even though my first few years I only had enough money to buy guitar strings. When it was time to buy I guitar, West had my business. Also, they have lessons for many instruments, so I took drum lessons there until I was finally ready to buy my first drumset. These folks were nothing but kind to me, even when I was only a small-item customer, and they have helped me grow by leaps and bounds as a musician. more

They're Playing My Song 8/6/2005

In a few years I would like to purchase a new piano. I went into West Music just to gather some information and I was really impressed with their staff. I made it clear that I wouldn’t be purchasing a piano for quite some time, but they took the time to give a tutorial so that I would know what to ask, and what I was looking at when the time came. I was really impressed that they were willing to invest a good amount of time into my inquiry when they knew that I wouldn’t be purchasing a piano in the near future. more

More Than Just a Piano Store 7/19/2005

This store is located across from Linndale Mall. Their staff members are extremely knowledgeable about their products. When we went to purchase a piano, they explained the differences between the pianos and did not pressure us to buy a more expensive brand. In addition, they have instrument rentals. They also do band lessons for instruments at the store. more
