Awesome doctors, awesome staff, awesome care. It's not just the big obvious things, it's the little things. It the peek around the corner to say, "hi" even though they are busy caring for others' pets. It's the remembering the first day you brought your pet in 10 years earlier. These people at Westlake Animal Hospital are a class act!! Keep up the great work! more

West Lake is one of the greatest animal hospital's I have ever been to. My Standard Poodle redently became very sick and Dr.Hill was amazing with her through the process. After various methods of treatments tried, I made the decision to have her put to sleep. Dr. Hill was VERY caring, as well as affected by the choice. She allowed me to stay in the room while giving Gypsy the shot, and stayed with while we said our goodbyes. The staff was amazing there, and always have been with all of our dogs. I don't think I have ever had a staff care so much about others pets, but the staff of WestLake is amazing. I don't think I can say thank you enough to them for all they have done. Thank you for your efforts to fix my Gypsy, as well as making the process for her leaving one of care, compassion and love. more

We have taken our dogs here since we moved here about 5 years ago. The vets are both wonderful to deal with and the staff is always very friendly. One of our dogs is highly anxious and can be difficult to deal with, and they have always been great with her. The clinic is very reasonably priced, and they are open past 5pm on multiple evenings, which is great for those of us that work during the day. I can honestly say I've never had any complaints about how they have handled "the kids". more

I thought that this wass one of the nicest places I could have taken my two little kittens. The vet and the atendees diid all they could to make my kitties comfortable. There was no extra decorations on the walls to make it look pleasing to the humans' eyes, this tells me that they are more focused on the welfare of the animals that attend there. They are also very resonably priced--with checkups starrting out at 29$. I was very pleased with how they treated my babies and will continue going there. I definatley recommend this hospital to anyone who is checking around. more
