This place does not clean the inside of your car well at all. They do not vacuum it all the way or actually wipe the inside down completely. The ladies just half-way do the job. more

All the workers and the boss is a big joke...when it comes to cleaning your car it might be clean and nice but they all do drugs..some take pills while on the job,,and the other ones go to the store on there lunch break and drink beer...and the boss man mark brooks thinks his god...i'm sorry but his no god..he is a rude mean and disrespectful .......he lies......he said he wouldn""t hire that nastey homewrecker back and he did anyway..so all the ladys that lets your man take your car there to be washed be aware that a whore works there....o yah he lost the best worker he ever had over bringing her back so have a long hard life ...take your cars to harry t""s or some where else just don""t go back to west georgia carwash and lube.................................................................... more

I came here to get my truck cleaned up and noticed that my oil was about 100 miles from needing to be changed.  I noticed that they offered a free wash with oil change for $32.95 so I decided to get both done at the same time. I was greeted by a friendly young man and was asked if I had ever visited for an oil change before and I replied  ""no"".  I filled out some information and was shown a menu of all my different wash options.  I decided to upgrade my wash for $5, which included a polish, wax, wheel and tire shine. I then waited  inside while they changed the oil in my truck. One of the tech's then came in and talked to me about what was recommended for my truck and gave me the option of replacing them or waiting until next time. They were very knowledgeable and friendly the entire time I was here with no pressure sale.  My truck not only runs good, but it looks great.  I ended up spending less than $40 and I feel that I really got a lot of service for the money spent.   I plan on returning here every time I need a wash or oil service!  My 4 door F150 never looked so good!  It took them less than 30 minutes from start to finish.  I think this is the best car wash in Carrollton hands down!! more

I had my oil changed here a few times even though it's very expensive compared to others, because the car wash was included so it was convenient. However, on my last visit, I do not know how, but in the process my paint was severly damaged. The car is only 2 years old and unscratched prior to this. I asked the manager to step aside as i did not want to be drawing attention to the problem in front of other customers, as I know dirt from someone else's car or something could have somehow gotten into the car wash wipers, towels or whatever; nothing is 100% perfect. When I tried to point it out, the manager rudely told me ""there is NO WAY it happened here"", and when I requested to speak to the owner, he accused me of ""coming in here acting crazy"", hollered that ""I don't need people on drugs trying to get money from me"", and threatened to call the police (for what?) I told him to go ahead, but he did not--instead told me to go around the side to talk about it. I should have left, but thought he might apologize--instead he berated me, told me he gave more money in charity than I earn every year, tried to tell me my paint was oxidized (on a 2 year old car), accused me of calling him a liar, again said I was on drugs and insane; he suggested that ""let's scrub sand into your trunk lid, so you will see it doesn't cause damage"" -- I should have suggested we do that to HIS car!i Yes I did end up telling him to eff off but I have NEVER in my life been treated this way by a business owner, and have I never treated even the most irate customer in this manner. Just unbelievable and unreal. And all I wanted was to let him know, either the laundry that cleans his towels, one of his employees, or equipment, had somehow allowed dirt and grit into his system. more
