West Deptford Pediatrics

I took my 6 month old for a "full exam" for his acid reflux. Apparently Dr. Clear thinks a full exam is just weighing him and checking his heart beat. I asked if she would switch medications because I am unhappy with his current one and she just told me to up the dosage and he'd be fine. So far he seems to be more uncomfortable than ever. I am so unhappy with this office that I would never take my son back to them. All the doctors I have seen are impersonal and uncaring. It is just about making money at this office and has nothing to do with the children's health! more

I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR MANY YEARS MY OLDEST SON IS 14 AND MY YOUNGEST IS 8.. I CANT TELL YOU WHAT THEY MEAN TO ME EXSPECIALLY DR. K AND DR. HUNG AND OF COURSE DR.CLEAR. WHAT THEY HAVE DONE THOUGH THE YEARS FOR MY KIDS..ABOVE AND BEYOND...I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH..I ALWAYS TELL PEOPLE YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR KID GO THERE!!!! ALSO I WANT TO TAKE A MINUTE AND TALK ABOUT THE FRONT STAFF........DOLORES, KIM, JOANNE......THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GIRLS ARE THE BEST..........SO, THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR MY KIDS, AND HELP ME LEARN TO DEAL WITH DIFFERENT THINGS...I AM PROUD TO CALL THEM MY FRIEND AND PROVIDERS LORRETTA DRIVER more

My son has been to five different doctors offices in his 7 years of life. There is only 1 I have been to that I liked better. I think Dr Clear is a very caring individual and she takes her time with the kids and actually talks to the children and parents. I think that is wonderful. I also think Dr. Hung and Dr. MIshik are wonderful...Dr Clear found that my daughter had tortacolus as an infant and she helped me the best she could with it. I think most of the doctors in this office are wonderful. There are a select number of people associated with this office I dont care for but for the most part I would suggest this doctors office with pride...I say thank you for their care and dedication in helping my children stay healthy. more

I have been with West Deptford Pediatrics for 8 years and from the 1st visit until now I have been nothing but satisfied. All Doctors and Nurse Practitioners are excellent and will take their time to discuss every issue you may have. My oldest child is 14 and my youngest is 8 and I vowed to take my children to this practice until they become an adult. My son had asthma as a baby and Dr. Mishik, Dr. Hung and Dr. Knestaut were very knowledgeable and understanding. I must tell you I am willing to wait for an appt. because I know that my children are getting QUALITY healthcare!! Even though, they have more patients from when I first started taking my children there we still obtain the same caring treatment and that's what matters the most. more

After a year at this practice, we are moving on. Our wait time typically ranged from 20 - 60 minutes. The office Wenonah is not very clean. The worst issue we have with them is the tendency to prescribe antibiotics for everything. Our daughter's case was found to be allergies at a young age not virus'. On a positive note the Doctors and Nurses are very caring professionals and if you need a immediate appointment they will fit you right into the schedule. Well-Visits make sure you call 8 weeks in advance. more

scheduling a non-critical sick visit (child is complaining about something not horrible, so no big deal if I can't bring him in until tomorrow) is a bit frustrating, since they only schedule sick visits in the next available time slots. However, when you need an appointment NOW, they are always available, and that's what is most important. It's a big practice, so your appointment may not be with the exact dr that you prefer, but all the drs there are caring and professional more

My family has used West deptford pediatrics for over 3 years. On staff there are 5-6 doctors and 2 nurse practitioners. When children are sick, this office sees the children right away, sometimes within an hour. Well visits are comprehensive and the doctors take their time with each child asking numerous questions about their day to day behavior. A nurse is available via phone during hours to answer routine questions and access if the child need to be seen by a doctor. On call doctors usually call back within the hour to answer questions. more

These are the doctors and nurses I use for my little girl, and I have been very happy with them. They are very knowledgable and take the time to explain things to you. I never have a problem being seen in an emergency situation, or at the very least getting a callback. They have a brand new office, that is in need of a little decorating, but other than that, it is a very nice group of people to deal with. more
