We were willing to overlook the fact that the \r
truck did not have the Top Rails as in the KBB picture, but did not see that \r
it did not have the tow hitch. That was one of the reasons we bought a \r
truck. We were told that night (7/11/11) that we bought the truck, that they would find \r
the other set of keys. The next day we found out that the CD player would \r
not work. When I went in to have it looked at, they had to put in a new \r
system. I asked about the key and I was told it would be $30.00 for key, \r
$120.00 to program it, $80.00 for the Fob & $120.00 to program total \r
$350.00. When I asked him about the hitch that was listed and was not on the \r
truck, they tried to say that the page printed from the KBB was not the same \r
listing, and that it never listed it as having a hitch or rails, even though \r
the picture and description shows and lists them. I called KBB and the \r
original URL for the listing is still there as well as the page we have \r
printed with the detail of the KBB Listing. This is a case of Bait & Switch. \r
I spoke to Kevin and was referred to Amel Moshabad the Sales Manager. I said \r
we would be willing to take a key and fob in place of the trailer package, \r
but was told no. As I was leaving, I was told I could have a key only, which \r
I declined and said I will take it to the Better Business Bureau.
