West Cobb Preparatory Academy

We couldn't be happier with the care for our daughter at West Cobb Prep. We moved her from another center because we weren't happy with it. She is thriving, learning and the teachers are outstanding. I can't say enough wonderful things about the director of the center. Marla is a class act, truly professional and takes every concern and addresses it immediately. Highly reccommend it. For those of us who work outside the home it's the next best thing to know your child is cared for so well. more

This is our oldest son's 4th daycare in his 30 months of life and this facility, by far, is the best we have encountered. The teachers are all wonderful. There are people in the school that I have never met that know my child and talk to him like he is their own child. He LOVES to go to school. He still cries a little when he isn't in the best of moods but for the majority of drop-offs he just walks away from me. The curriculums are pretty impressive and I love that it turns into a private school as well. The daily accountability for the day is a wonderful thing to have as it never gets easy being away from your child all day. I would highly recommend this facility. We currently have our youngest son on the waiting list to get him in there as well. Pros: great teachers, clean facilty, trained staff Cons: maybe price but you do get what you pay for! more

Before my 3 year old son started West Cobb Prep, he had been going to another school for two weeks. The other school was not working out because my son was having severe separation anxiety and was crying a LOT. The other school said he was disruptive and said they basically didn't have time for him. I spoke with the director of West Cobb Prep about his issues with separation and she immediately gave me lots of ways we could work through them and said that it was not a problem at all. My son has been doing great at West Cobb Prep. He is still crying when I bring him to school but he loves his teacher and quits soon after I leave. They are very patient, loving, and understanding there. In addition, the facility is beautiful. Every day when I pick up my son they give me a full account of his day. It's as if he's the only kid in the school when they tell me. I really appreciate the extra attention that they give to all of the kids and parents. I feel completely safe and secure leaving my son there every day so that I can go to work. Pros: Teachers, Director, Facility more
