West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. did a great job replacing three feet of roofing plus shingles plus trim for us. They worked very well with the city of Indian Rocks Beach, which is very difficult, as well as with our property. They were very prompt and very meticulous. Superb contractor--from the Owner, right thru the working crew! 10/22/2013

I could not be happier with the repair work that Jim, Kyle, Erin, William, and the rest of the crew accomplished for us! Since we live out-of-state, this could have been a difficult situation to get remedied, for sure, but these folks made it as easy to business with them, as if I had been right there! more

Superb service, delivered on time, and at quoted price! 10/18/2013

The roof on our house in Clearwater needed several areas of attention to become certified. Erin, Jim, Kyle, William and the crew did an absolutely superb job to bring our roof into compliance, and they did so quickly, and made the entire experience terrifically smooth, even though we live 1200 miles away! Guess who is getting the roof replacement job down the road?! more

West Cost Roofing & Contracting re-roofed our club house building. I met the workers a few times and they seemed fine. Everything went very smoothly. It was a fine job. I would highly recommend them. more

Professional company that will provide an excellent experience. 10/4/2013

My experience with West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. was excellent! They repaired our condominium's roof and installed a deck on the property. People over the phone were on the money. Scheduling was easy. The project took a couple of weeks to complete. It all worked out well. The only issue I had was that I found some tire tracks on the carpet in the social room. We had to have it cleaned. Other than this, I would say go ahead and go with them! They are very professional to work with. more

Superb job! 10/1/2013

West Coast Roofing & Contracting did a wonderful job. They finished on time and we look forward to working with them again. They re-roofed one of the largest buildings we have. It is an atrium pool building. They did the job in the middle of the summer in rain. They just did a great job. They kept the area very clean. The workers were very good with any questions we had and were very respectful of the property, which we appreciated. They were a great crew to work with. They've done multiple jobs for us and have always done a great job. We really appreciate them. They are supreme roofers. They have done all of our metal buildings and have really done a fabulous job. more

A good roofing company that is hard to come by 9/27/2013

I have hired West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. to help me complete several roofing projects of mine over the years. I am a Daytona Beach roofing contractor, and every once in a while I will do work on the west coast. Sometimes, it costs too much to send my guys over across the state of Florida, so I contact West Coast Roofing & Contracting to do work for me. A good roofing contractor is almost impossible to come by, but these guys are dependable. They do good work and offer fair prices. I would absolutely recommend others to hire them as well. more

Excellet and highly recommended to anyone else 9/24/2013

We purchased a home in Florida and found out that we had an issue with the roof leaking so we asked West Coast Roofing & Contracting to take a look at it. They found extensive damage prior to fixing it. Before that, they had to send us an estimate on what they thought it would cost but when they found the hidden damage, they sent us pictures and explained to us what it was going to take to fix it properly. They got our permission to do that before they did the work. It was nice they gave us a heads up instead of just dropping that surprise on us. Mr. and Mrs. Craig more

Very pleasant, quick, efficient, and well-done 6/14/2013

West Coast Roofing and Contracting redid our roofing. They had to take off the old tile roof and put on a shingle roof. They were very quick - did the work in a few days. They also had to work around the rain a bit, but go it done quickly. I really liked that they cleaned up really well. There were no roofing nails or scraps left around. Their cleanliness was important to me. They were quick, efficient, and we never had to call back or nag, "When are you going to be here?" They were very true to their word. We would use them again in the future. more

The crew was very professional and experienced in the installation of the Hydra-stop roof over my flat roof over the pool lani area. The price for the work was very reasonable and payment was not requested until after the work was completed and inspected. Feel free use me as a positive reference for similar work to other clients. more

Reroof done quickly, precisely, with no money down, and very clean 2/27/2013

West Coast Roofing and Contracting redid our entire roof. It was done in two days as promised. He asked for no money down, unlike everyone who asks for half the money upfront. We counted only two nails that were on the ground out of the whole roof at the end of the process which is very impressive with regards to the clean-up. They were pleasant and I just recommended to someone today! more

I didn't go up on the roof and inspect the job, but West Coast Roofing & Contracting seemed knowledgeable and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job, so they were very satisfactory. Jim was very professional, and I have had them before for smaller jobs. We hadn't redone our roof in probably 30 years, so we decided to go with West Coast Roofing & Contracting, and I was very pleased with their work. more

Very impressed with the timeliness, and professional service. 5/9/2012

My husband and I own a small business. So service and professionalism are a must. I called West Coast for an estimate. James(the owner) immedialtely gave me an areial estimate. I was not aware this was even possible and we felt a little concerned that the areial view estimate would greatly differ from an actual inspection. When we told West coast this he said "ok, Then I will come over today and give you an actual. When he got there and looked at it the price was still the same. His workers showed up early the next morning. They worked dilligently. They didn't smoke, cuss or act disrespectable with our property. When they were done they even used a broom to sweep up debree. Our roof was a small job and usually small jobs don't receive this great service. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. more

They met and exceeded my expectations. 4/5/2012

We had a very complicated roofing issue. We had a flat, membrane roof on our rental property in Florida. We had one roofer out there to look at it, and he didn't want to touch it because he had no experience with that type of roof. Jim from West Coast Roofing & Contracting Inc. came out, and had obviously worked with roofs of that nature before. He was able to start the job quickly which was very convenient for us. He got it finished within his time frame. It was a win win for us. I have seen the finished results personally, but I've seen pictures and talked to the person managing the property, and Jim did a very good job for us. more

It was a great experience with West Coast Roofing & Contracting. We called quite a few roofing companies, and had a lot of difficulty getting a response. The job was a small one. West Coast Roofing & Contracting had a really good response and price. They did the work while we were at work. Everything was cleaned up and looked great. more
