cant say that the person answering the telephone had an idea what 'greetings', or customer service even means. Dont need that....dialing the next roaster to spend our money at.....

I have a cafe and needed a wholesale coffee supplier that I could work with to build my brand, these folks are tops! They have a private coffee bar where you can get one on one time. Bill, the roaster, is a wealth of info.His wife, Sharon is great and we have become good friends. She even makes the deliveries! In the past 4 years, my espresso sales have doubled and I'm told by coffee snobs every day that we have the best! more
