I had an accident in my corvette and Westcoast Auto Body & Painting was highly recommended to me. I didn't know anything about them. I went in, and everyone there was polite, quick and eager to help. They scheduled me right away, and they told me where I could get a rental car. They really helped me along the way. It was the first time I was really in an accident, so they helped me through the process. In summary, they did an excellent job of making my car look brand new. I went back to visit several times while the work was being done, and they always brought me up to date. It's really a pretty cool little place. They had lasers on the car, which was pretty interesting. Very high tech work, and Frank knows his stuff! I don't really have anyone to compare them to, but I doubt anybody could do the job much better or much quicker. I just had a great outcome. I went in with zero expectations and I came out very satisfied. Not many businesses can provide service like that! more

Awesome workmanship! 12/20/2013

I would wholeheartedly recommend Westcoast Auto Body & Painting! We've used them three times. The first time, I had already gotten two estimates for bodywork and collision repair. I happened to be driving by the Westcoast shop, and I thought I'd stop in to get another estimate. That way I'd have three estimates. I spoke with Frank directly, and they were the only shop that gave me a tour of their facility. That's what sold me. They showed me work that was in progress, so I could see what type of work they did and the equipment they had. I got to see their showroom. They gave me a cup of coffee and walked me through the process. Frank was very accommodating about what I needed. He made trade-offs, saying they could do this or that, to make sure the work stayed in our budget. The work they did for us each time has been great. You couldn't tell the car was damaged at all! more

I think Frank is a very good guy. I've been going to Westcoast Auto Body & Painting since it was over in the other location. I keep going back because Frank actually does an even better job than he says he can do. more

Good service and good workmanship. 11/8/2013

Frank from Westcoast Auto Body & Painting is a bit of a character, but he's really good and he's really on top of things. He goes above and beyond. He gave me a ride to a rental car place. He told me he could get me a rental and then when I was supposed to the drop car off at the shop, the rental company didn't show up. He ended up working with the manager of the company to get me a vehicle that day. Twice this year I've been hit and taken my vehicle to his shop. His level of service is really good. You can never even tell the vehicle was hit. He's very trustworthy as well. His prices are really reasonable. He's probably one of the best I've been to. I would definitely go back if i needed to. more

I brought a Lincoln Town Car with a a long scratch along the whole passenger side, which Was buffed out and touched up with paint and I received the call that it was ready less than 3 hours later. With beautiful results. Thank You, more

Westcoast Autobody does it again! 7/16/2013

I brought my previous car (Honda Civic) here after some body damage. Frank really did a great job, so when my Acura TL was the victim of a hit and run, I knew this was the place to go to. Frank got me a loaner car, took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, and most importantly got my Acura back on the road looking new again. This is the only place I would ever consider going to in the Bay Area. more

My black Infiniti had many chips, dents and scratches, Looks like new again! 8/6/2012

I took my black Infiniti to West Coast Auto Body and Painting. The price was reasonable and time it took was reasonable. The owner (Frank) event took care of the headlights, they were looking dull cloudy. My car looks brand new again!!! more

Excellent paint job on my 94 GM pickup that had serious problems. 4/20/2012

I purchased this pickup new and was seriously thinking of selling it when the factory paint started falling off. Frank gave me a fair quote for refinishing it and I didn't expect the attention to detail of his work. This included removal of the bumpers, taking the effected areas to bare metal, moving the bed away from the cab to effectively paint that area, and a great detailing of the truck before I got it back. I will definitely take future body work to them. Incidentally, I do know good work when I see it - I was in the body shop trade for 7 years when I was young (53 years ago). more

Tooooo Gud service 3/30/2012

Before i met frank..I went to 4 auto body shops..They all are quoted very high price i got shocked.One of my colleague referred this and I went there and asked the quote. I observed almost 15 less from others.I have given my car to him,,he is so quick response, on 3rd day it self I got my car back..woow my car looks better than earlier. more

Excellent repair of my Honda CRV 1/28/2012

My Son's car had a damaged front bumper and rear Q panel. Frank gave me a great estimate and was able to start the job immediately. Once the work was started he invited me to the shop to see the extent of the frontal damage. Frank made all the right calls getting this car back in tip-top shape. A wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Westcoast Auto Body to my friends. more

Excellent Paint Job Once Again + Great Customer Service 9/9/2011

This was the second time I did business with Frank bringing another car (2001 Corolla) to restore poor paint job by the manufacturer for the roof and the engine hood. The paint matched perfectly with the rest of the body leaving virtually no evidence of the latest paint vs old paint. The paint on my other car (1995 Camry) that Frank painted 5 years ago has not pealed or flaked. Reasonable price from a reasonable man and his friendly crews. Highly recommended even to those who does not know anything about car paint. I will definitely do business again with this body shop. more

I hadn't been to a body shop in years. My family now has " a body shop" thanks to Frank and his team. I was even given a loaner car- FOR FREE, while they worked on my car. The work they did is flawless. My car looks like new. Highest recommendation! more

I never give a 5/5, but I had a great experience with WestCoast Auto Body. You should have seen the job they did! The only thing I can say is that Frank talks your ear off! I had a minor ding, but everywhere I've gone I've gotten $1400 and $1800 quoted. Frank quoted me $500. I gave him a $50 tip because I didn't think he was charging enough. more
