After the accident this winter, I was worried to find good autobody shop for my car. I had both front and rear bumbers, along with the hood damaged in the accident. I found Westchester autobody shop on my way to work and checked in with them. They gave me the immediate estimate and very professional opinion about all the damages. I took my time to give, but they remembered the issues and worked on the car. I got my car back as it was before, thanks to West chester autobody. I definitely recommend the shop. I called West Chester Autobody yesterday to ask some questions about my car. The person that answered (Earl) took the time to discuss my problem in great detail and offered to look at my car the same day.\r \r I went in the next day, was greeted immediately upon entering a home like business store front. I didn't know it at the time but Earl is the owner and you would never know because he was so personable and comfortable to talk to.\r We discussed my problem again and Earl remembered everything we talked about the day before, in great detail.\r He grabbed his clip board and we proceeded to go look at my car. I was sure my door would cost me some big $$ to fix and I would have to leave it at least over night. \r After looking at my door for a few minuets Earl says I might be able to take care of this right now. Earl pulled my car back in the shop area. He grabbed some tools then pulled out some dents, made some adjustments, fixed the lock, fixed some trim and in less than an hour, I was on my way. \r He charged me a reasonable amount, did a great job and I really felt like I was treated like a valued customer. His shop is very clean and he even though it looks/feels like a small shop he has a large additional building in the rear for overflow work and bigger jobs. This experience was not only one of the best I've had involving an automobile it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.\r I will definitely bring all my body work to West Chester Autobody from now on and I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their problem will be fixed and at a reasonable price.\r Good service at a fair price is hard to find these days IMO. \r Again great work Earl and thanks for appreciating my business. Earl and crew have been my sole provider of auto services for over 2 years now. From simple things like oil changes and tire rotations to body work and all points in between, the work is always done well and on time. Earl even fixed my son's gas scooter for a reasonable price! This group did an excellent job repairing my late model pickup truck. I am very particular about my vehicles and was very pleased with the results. The body repair was flawless, and the color match was perfect. They have a high attention to detail and keep you advised of the status of the repair throughout the process. We figured the car to be a total loss but some how the staff at West Chester Auto Body was able to reassemble the car to the same, if not even better, condition than before the wreck. We found out about West Chester Auto Body when someone ran into our van which caused us to bump into the car in front of us. We never though both ""ends"" of our van would be completely destroyed, but they were! We had our choice of places from the insurance company and picked WC Autobody out of the blue. We were thrilled with the results. At that point I asked if they do other work on cars and they said they did. We have gone back with my husbands car and we have recommended them to many friends, all of which are more than pleased with the results.\r We will continue to go back for as long as they will work with our cars! I felt as if each person there valued my visit and my business because they were friendly yet professional in the manner in which they treated us. Our car was repaired to better than pre-accident condition. We appreciated that, a lot. The shop was easy and convenient to locate. The fact that the technicians have been there long term gave me confidence in their abilities - we were not disappointed Pros: Easy to locate - experienced technicians - knowledgeable manager -easy parking Cons: Although comfortable, the waiting room could use some updating more
