Worst experience with an owner ever!! 8/23/2011

I will be brief. This establishment is as dishonest as I have ever come accross. In the end, they did over $500 damage to my electrical system after doing a full detail service. They killed my battery (confirmed by Volkswagen) resetting all my soft sensors, and did extensive water damage to my stereo (confirmed by Kenwood). After 2 months of trying to get items repaired and replaced, and after keeping in touch with the car wash, i went back to let them know the final result. The owner of the shop wouldn't even look at the repair reports, told me he didn't want to hear from me any more, and chased me from the facility in a rage! For any reson you can think of, take your car anyplace else to be washed!!! more

Dishonest slime 2/18/2011

Took my black Chevy Avalanche for a wash. Apparently the truck jumped the track inside the wash and the passenger side was dragged across something with white paint which left a white paint smear from front passenger door all the way back to the rear quarter panel. Stupid me, I didn't know about the incident inside the wash, and didn't think to walk around the truck to inspect. Since the damage was on the passenger side, I didn't discover it until I got home. By then, as they well knew, once I drove off the property, legal recourse was forfeit. These slime knew my truck was damaged by their equipment, and did nothing and said nothing. Avoid this place. more
