Karate for a healthy life 8/6/2006

West Boca Karate is a great place to send your kids to not only learn to defend themselves but to learn respect as well. My son takes karate through school there and he has learned many valuable lessons. The school is owned by a husband and wife and they care. Master T is a great teacher and role model for kids. My only problem is to sign up directly with them, you have to make a commitment for a period of years. They also have cardio kick boxing for adults as well. more

great family activity 11/27/2005

West Boca Karate Center is a great place for a kid to learn marshal arts. With less emphasis on violence and more on discipline and exercise, my son has learned some valuable life lessons there. Master T does a good job of keeping it interesting for the kids and works closely with the local schools. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a good marshal arts program. more
