Horrible service with a voicemail that no one attends to 8/21/2009

After a stellar lost baggage filing experience I had with Delta airline, the last kick of delivery ruins my positive view towards both companies - the service is unbearably long and painful. Wespax has the voicemail that no one attends to, and there is absolutely no way I can get in contact with the driver. Needless to mention that the delivery itself is slow. It's 9:30 Christmas eve and I still have no baggage even though Northwest Airlines claims that Wespax picked up my bag at noon and they were to deliver it in 8 hours. Wespax, as far as I can tell has no website, email address, or phone operator, just a voicemail that they don't respond to. No one has called me to tell me where my bag is. Shame on Northwest Airlines for doing business with these people. more
