It's 9:30 Christmas eve and I still have no baggage even though Northwest Airlines claims that Wespax picked up my bag at noon and they were to deliver it in 8 hours. Wespax, as far as I can tell has no website, email address, or phone operator, just a voicemail that they don't respond to. No one has called me to tell me where my bag is. Shame on Northwest Airlines for doing business with these people.
