I got so bogged down with work this past month that I nearly forgot my grandmas birthday (I know, I know...shame on me !!) so I had to come up with a quick yet thoughtful gift for her! I came up with flowers but all the bouquets in town were a bit too bummy looking. Luckily after a bit of a search online I thought I'd give Wesley Berry Flowers a try, the website seemed decent and they had a great selection of bouquets to choose from! To say the least both grandma and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the flowers turned out to be once she received them. The ordering process was smooth there was no errors or any trouble, and the delivery was quick and flawless. I will DEFINITELY be using Wesley Berry Flowers again for future birthdays and any holidays (yeah i like flowers a lot..too much maybe >_<). Thanks and a 5 outta 5 from me !! more

I proposed to my fiance over the Easter weekend and let me tell you about it. I had a romantic evening planned, and she had arrived early. Luckily for me Wesley Berry Flowers was right on time, and she hadn't no more got in the door then the doorbell rang behind her. And even to my surprise, what came in the door with her was just beautiful. The bouquet they sent was over-the-top, and the delivery personel was nice and extremely courteous. You could tell he cared about his customers and really enjoyed making her happy. You could tell Wesley Berry Flowers had put a lot of thought in the arrangement and I am beyond pleased. My evening went fantastic and she accepted. I owe it all to a wonderful start from the perfect bouquet. I will defintely use them again and suggest them to anyone wanting flowers, they are beyond great. more

I was not sure how to order the right flowers for my mom on her birthday. It would be the first time I have ever sent flowers to someone and I wanted them to be perfect. I found Wesley Berry Flowers delivery service online and asked about flowers for moms. They had a wonderful selection and offered a few choice selections. I was able to pick a wonderful bouquet of pink carnations with a cute card for my mom. They were delivered on time to her work and everyone loved how beautiful there were. I will continue to use Wesley Berry Flowers when I am ready to order more flowers. They are helpful, on time, and are happy to work with me until I find something just right. Oh yeah, the price was right too. I love the flowers so much I am going to use them for my mom on her next birthday. more

Great and in my building that I work. THis was perfect. I was in charge of getting a coworkers birthday present and I forgot. So i ran down to this shop and picked out a beautiful arrangement. more

I forgot about Valentines Day until; it was almost too late to place an order. I called this florist and they said they could not get them to her work, but would be able to deliver to her home. I got a call at about 6:45 ish and she was so happy, she thought I forgot. more

I used this shop to send my girlfriend's parents a Christmas arrangement and her mother is still talking about it. Two days before Christmas I thought that I should send my new girlfriend's parents a gift. Flowers seemed like a safe gift to send someone I didn't know that well. So I called Wesley Berry Flowers and told them that I needed something special and that I needed it there before the holiday. They said that it would be delivered and they made it happen. It was a good choice and I will always use them. Pros: Very Helpful and Fast more

After ordering online from FTD's site, I received a call saying they could not deliver the order I had made the day before. So I quickly did a search for florists in the Patterson NY area. I found Wesley Berry Flowers posing as a local florist in Patterson, NY when searching florists in Patterson, NY. They have a page that has Patterson, NY in their URL, and talk of local deliveries, so you would swear they are located there in Patterson. We ordered the flower arrangement called Simply Enchanting for my daughter's wedding anniversary, and we were assured that the flowers would be delivered that day, using the same vase as seen online, and that the only substitution would be calla lilies instead of tulips which were out of stock. We were delighted. However, a few hours later, my daughter sent a picture message of the arrangement that was delivered. It was nothing like the one I ordered. It looked like a hodge-podge of miscellaneous flowers thrown in a round vase. It was very unprofessional. When we called Wesley Berry Flowers, we discovered that they were not the florist who actually delivered the arrangement. In fact, Wesley Berry Flowers isn't even located in Patterson NY. They wouldn't even give us the name of the florist who had delivered the hodge-podge mess. Their only solution to this problem was that they would cancel the order and go pick up and take the delivery away, without replacing it with the correct one I ordered. Can you imagine them going to my daughter's home and taking the flower arrangement away on her anniversary day? With no replacement? How tacky and unprofessional!! Wesley Berry's response was, ""Well, that's just the way it is."" Moral to this story: Be careful who you order from, even if it's FTD. Cons: Unprofessional Flower Substitutions more
