Weseloh Kia

I got a new 2013 Kia Soul+ at Weseloh Kia for myself and family. The Fleet Manager who helped me was Gary Breen. When I first came in I didn't know much about the vehicle, but by the time I drove away I felt both comfortable and knowledgable in my choice. I looked for six months to find a fully loaded 2011 Kia Sorrento. Weseloh was the ony dealer within a 60 miles radius with an EX models in their inventory. I called and was greeted by Jeannine Philips. She was amazing. She was very responsive and easy to reach, by text and phone. She gave great advice and worked with me on price and financing. The car was missing some accessories when i took delivery and she went out of her way to deliver them to me. She granted all my simple requests, including an oil change and recall warranty work that needed to be done before we bought it. The only reason that Weseloh doesn't get 5 stars is because of the internet sales department. The car was listed with an automatically EVO entertainment system and it did not have it, it had more miles than were listed and there were no photos online, only a photo of the car that was a stock photo and was a different color. Just make sure you check that the vehicle has all the features you expect it oo. Thanks! more

What can I say about Weseloh Kia? We just purchased our second vehicle from them after having such a great experience with our first car (Soul). I stayed with Fausto, my original sales person. Actually, he did a great job of staying in touch with me over the past year just to check in to see how our Kia Soul was. He is so personable and down to earth. Not a typical salesperson (i.e. carmax). When it was time to buy another car, I called Fausto and I found what I wanted. I went with the 2012 Forte Koup. Have had the car for just over a week and I love it! Plus, Fausto & Peter Michael have followed up with me to thank me for being a loyal customer. These guys are great! When the time comes for us to upgrade our Soul, there is no doubt we will return to Weseloh to visit Fausto! more

I am a retired police chief and honesty and integrity are big in my book. I've also purchased fleet vehicles for 18 years and have dealt with dozens of car dealers. After researching numerous cars (Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Chevy, Hundai Sonata, Ford, etc. etc.) I decided to replace my wife's leased Altima with a new Kia Optima. I drove a long way to Weseloh Kia to purchase this car bypassing other local Kia dealerships because of my knowledge, long history and dealings with the Weseloh and Aldrich family. I knew I would get the best deal out of any other dealership and I knew I could trust them. They had the car in stock we wanted which resulted in a no pressure, honest deal. Having purchased fleet vehicles for many years, I know how to buy a car. Weseloh Kia gave me the killer deal I wanted without any hassles as well as a fair trade of the leased vehicle we had. The management, sales staff, and everyone else was top notch, professional, polite, and made me very comfortable. As far as the new Kia Optima, we got a loaded EX and we love it. I am very picky when it comes to cars. I've owned Toyota Camrys, Nissan Altima, VW Passat, and others and test drove many cars before purchasing this Kia. You can't beat the price and features comparing any similar cars. The Infinity sound system with Sirius radio is unbelieveable. The car has very comfortable seats and rides better than the competition I test drove. Give Weseloh Kia a shot. I'd be highly surprised if you didn't come away with the experience that I did. more

Oct 8, 2011 - I called to inquire if they had in stock a black 2012 Sportage XL , Fausto returned my call in apx 20 minutes with the news that they did just got one in. Fausto, Joathan and Sameer were all great and put together a deal we were happy with and I was driving off the lot in my new Sportage XL in less then 3 hours.
