I had a failed drive that was no longer accessible. I was distraught that all of the data was gone and I was worried about finding someone professional who could bring the data back to life. \r \r Werecoverdata took care of everything and was highly professional. Upon dropping off the drive and outlining the problem, they kept me aware of the progress of the system and ultimately were able to recover the data. Everything was extremely timely and I am very happy with the result. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their problem solved as quickly and effectively as possible. more

I highly recommend WeRecoverData! I am a second-year graduate student, and had all of my work from my first year, as well as backups from a previous computer on an external hard drive that crashed abruptly. I thought I would never be able to get it recovered, but WeRecoverData recovered the data and transferred it to another device right away! Their staff was also professional and prompt with inquiries throughout the process. more

I would highly recommend WeRecoverData! I was very satisfied with their service, which was extremely professional and effective. All of the data I lost was recovered, and in a timely and efficient manner. Moreover, their staff was very polite and kept me well informed of the progress being made at various stages in the process. They were also quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. Stay away! They say ""no recovery-no fee"" and """"no hidden fees"", yet they charge hidden fees. They say reasonable prices, but they're not! They couldn't even ship my hard drive back to the right location. They do exactly the OPPOSITE of what their advertising states. more

I have friends that are IT guys, and we tried all the typical ""free"" software on-line. Nada. Then I found this place on Google, then looked for a review just like this one. Pros: Great service, answer of questions, financing Cons: The only downfall is human nature to doubt the unknown. more

Excellent work 3/6/2009

I am a fashion designer and I love my laptop more than anyone else. It was my three year old daughter who poured water on it while it was running. With a small spark, it turned off. I immediately took it to the place I had bought it from. They truly disappointed me. Then, I was referred to you by a friend of mine. I am very pleased the way you function and educate your customers. I am very happy to get back all my hard work of years. more

They recovered the data ... then didn't send it 3/14/2008

In retrospect, I should have given them the OS on my computer. My version was dated. It took a few days for everyone to discover the error, but the staff was helpful. Pros: Professional and courteous Cons: Original restoration not compatible with my OS more

Amazing company! 12/3/2005

I send my hard drive to drivesavers in california, after a week they said my data is lost and they cannot recover it. i took it to this local data recovery company (which i didnt know that they exists...) and after 3 days they recoverd the lost data in full! they saved me a 3 years of work, i will defenetly recommend to use them. Pros: Service, Speed, Accuracy more
